How does the 7-day free trial work?+
Install Quick Approve from the Shopify App Store and get 7 days of
full access — no charges during the trial. Cancel anytime before
it ends and you won't be billed.
What counts as an "approval"?+
Any refund request or draft order that's sent for review inside
Quick Approve. Approvals handled automatically by a rule still
count toward your monthly total.
What happens after I hit 100 approvals?+
Nothing breaks — you simply keep approving. Every approval past
the first 100 is billed at $0.05 and added to your next invoice.
The counter resets on the 1st of every month.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Uninstall from your Shopify admin and billing stops at the
end of the current cycle. No questions asked.
Is my store's data secure?+
Quick Approve is built on Shopify's official App APIs. We never
store customer payment data, and everything is encrypted in
transit and at rest.
